If you’re new to Birkbeck, or haven’t joined us this year for an event/campaign, come along and find out what we’ve been up to. We’ll be dishing out the finest of snacks (pineapple and cheese hedgehog, frazzles, beige dips) as well as feminist themed drinks (Pankhurst Pina Colada, oh yes!).

Tomorrow, Sunday 2nd, is THE Feminist Walking Tour of Holborn. Meet at 2pm outside the main Birkbeck building (address says Malet St., it’s in front of Torrington Square) in front of the revolving glass doors. If you’re running late or can’t spot us (or this makes no sense to you), call me on 07594 641624. If you’re speaking and would like to meet before 2pm, I’ll be sitting on the grass in front of the main entrance from 1.30pm!

May 6th (a Bank Holiday) was International No Diet Day, an annual celebration of body acceptance and diversity. We’re celebrating (belatedly) by showing this fantastic film and providing drinks, and invite you to bring your favourite snack to enjoy!
